Requirements

Proven experience in a medical office or similar administrative role, showcasing your ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Strong organizational skills paired with meticulous attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.

Proficiency in scheduling software and tools, ensuring seamless management of appointments and calendars.

Stellar verbal and written communication skills to foster effective collaboration and build trust with patients and staff.

A high level of discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive patient information with care.

Familiarity with patient check-in procedures and medical documentation to ensure efficient and professional administrative operations.

While not required, knowledge of billing and insurance processes is preferred, providing added value to the role.
