Medical Office Clerk

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Office Clerk to join our Central Billing Department. In this vital administrative role, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of incoming correspondence related to patient accounts. Your work will directly support the efficiency and accuracy of our billing operations, helping ensure timely and organized processing of critical documentation.

Job Duties

Efficiently review and process a high volume of incoming mail and email communications related to patient billing and account inquiries.

Sort, file, copy, and scan sensitive medical and financial documents with accuracy and confidentiality.

Generate and manage PDF files for internal use and record-keeping, maintaining a structured digital filing system.

Appropriately route correspondence to relevant departments or personnel, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $18.00/hr.
