Onsite/Remote: Remote Position

This position is eligible for remote work at the present time. The arrangement may be delayed for training or other job acclimation purposes and remains subject to change.

Your Responsibilities

As a Product Manager, Financial Insights for Intelligent Solutions Group located in Urbandale, Iowa, you will:

Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital products that support financial insights, including Harvest Profit.

Identify and resolve customer problems with a collaborative team of engineers, data scientists, and UX designers.

Prioritize tasks based on customer impact and business value, ensuring the product's overall success.

Effectively communicate to bring the product to life through clear written and verbal communication, creating an exceptional customer experience.

Use your strong business acumen and technical expertise to evaluate what is both technically feasible and strategically important for the business.

Align your product roadmaps and features with other teams to manage interactions and dependencies.

What Skills You Need

2 or more years of experience in technology Product Management or similar role

Proficiency in agricultural practices, decision-making, and farm financial management

Experience working with customers and engineers with proven ability to rally a team to build great products

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to take initiative to build strong and productive relationships and communicate clearly to audiences of all levels

Strong independent judgement, problem solving skills, and ability to make timely decisions in the best interests of the customer and the company

A passion for agriculture, construction, and technology and its potential to enhance lives

What Makes You Stand Out

Experience building software products in a product management role

Solid design sensibilities and ability to create simple products that users love

Don't need to write code, but technical enough to engage with engineers directly

Business strategy and business case definition experience

Education

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business, or similar discipline
