Where You'll Be: This role is onsite at the Hilton Hawaiin Village focusing in Engineering.

What We're About: Ready to fast-track your career in hotel management? Our U.S. Management Development Program (MDP) is your gateway to hands-on experience, leadership training, and a solid career foundation at Hilton.

Program Highlights

Duration:12-month immersive experience in hotel operations, to include rotations through various hotel departments.

Leadership Training: Get exclusive access to leadership programs in partnership with Harvard, alongside self-guided learning via LinkedIn Learning, webinars, and mentorship.

Specialization: After a general hotel rotation, you will gainhands-on experience within the engineering department, with exposure across multiple disciplines; HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and preventative maintenance. This function is critical to creating a true understanding of the hotel industry and where we think the best hotel leaders start meaningful careers.

Compensation: Hourly Rate: $25 - $32, depending on your experience and location.

Your Day-to-Day: Rotate through all hotel departments to get a well- rounded understanding of how we operate and specialize in a specific area that will give you exposure to functional learnings, and leadership development.

What We're Looking For:

Relocation Flexibility: Willing and able to move within the U.S.

Work Eligibility: Must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Language: Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Preferred Experience:

Education: High school diploma or GED.

Leadership: Experience in community leadership or student organizations.

Customer Service: Two years of experience (e.g., serving, babysitting, front desk, volunteering, coaching).

Tech Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
