Description We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team in Morristown, New Jersey. This role involves supporting the Care Coordination department by managing schedules, assisting with administrative operations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functionality. As a long-term contract position, this opportunity offers the chance to contribute significantly to the healthcare industry while working alongside a dedicated team.

Responsibilities:

Represent the department professionally and courteously, completing tasks with minimal supervision.

Organize and coordinate meetings and programs, including booking venues, arranging catering, managing setup and cleanup, and maintaining relevant records.

Oversee calendar and meeting management by addressing urgent requests, scheduling attendees, and resolving potential conflicts in advance.

Handle departmental accounting tasks such as processing invoices, tracking orders, managing payroll, preparing financial reports, and maintaining grant-related documentation.

Support the Care Coordination team by facilitating access to resources, coordinating team engagement activities, and managing supplies.

Respond to inbound calls and inquiries efficiently, ensuring a high standard of communication.

Maintain accurate records and data entry to support administrative workflows.

Assist with other duties as assigned by management to ensure seamless departmental operations. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably within healthcare or related industries.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Excellent oral and written communication abilities.

Familiarity with calendar and meeting management tools.

Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.

Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
