We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our client's team in Miamisburg, Ohio. This contract position will play a vital role in managing financial transactions and ensuring the accuracy of records within the healthcare industry. Responsibilities:

Process and reconcile financial accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, including verifying and posting transactions.

Handle billing operations, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.

Perform data entry tasks to maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.

Process invoices using OnBase software and workflows.

Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies in financial accounts.

Utilize Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis of financial data.

Support the implementation and maintenance of workflow processes within OnBase.

Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures during financial operations.

Requirements - At least 1 year of experience in accounting or a related field.

Strong knowledge of account reconciliation processes.

Proficiency in accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions.

Experience with billing and invoice processing.

Advanced data entry skills with attention to detail.

Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and its financial functions.

Prior experience using OnBase software and workflows.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
