About the Role:

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team! In this role, you'll be responsible for managing invoice processing, vendor payments, and expense reporting while ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies. Ideal candidates excel in a fast-paced environment and have strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payment requests in a timely manner.

Match purchase orders and receipts with invoices and resolve discrepancies.

Maintain vendor files and ensure proper documentation for all transactions.

Reconcile accounts payable transactions and support month-end close activities.

Respond to vendor inquiries and build positive vendor relationships.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth payment operations.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not required).

1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite).

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy under tight deadlines.
