Production Associate - All Shifts (Entry-Level)

Location: Cato, NY

Kelly Services is hiring Production Associates for a trusted producer of high-quality nutrition bars in Cato, NY. This is an entry-level opportunity-no prior manufacturing experience required! We're seeking dependable individuals ready to learn and grow in a supportive environment.

Shift Availability:

Monday-Friday

4am-12:30pm: $17.00/hr

7am-3:45pm: $17.00/hr

8:30am-5pm: $17.00/hr

2:45pm-11pm: $18.50/hr

11pm-7:30am: $20.00/hr

What You'll Do:

Assist in the safe and efficient production of nutrition bars.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Operate production line equipment (training provided).

Monitor product quality and report issues.

Perform rework and repackaging as needed.

Pay & Benefits:

$17 - $20.00 per hour (based on shift and experience)

Weekly pay

Who We're Looking For:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Strong attention to detail

Ability to follow directions and safety protocols

Reliable transportation to and from Cato, NY 13033
