The FastTrack team is looking for FastTrack Principal PM Manager to lead a high performing team of FastTrack Architects in helping enterprise customers deploy the Microsoft 365 suite aligned by three solution areas: (1) Copilot (2) Security and Compliance and (3) W365. In partnership with the Microsoft field sales and services teams (STU, ATU, M&O, Services), this role leads a team to help customers transform their business and IT environments through adoption and usage of Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

Strong leadership skills, strategic and critical thinking as well as technical experience on Microsoft 365 deployment and products.

Excellent customer communication skills and ability to collaborate within and outside Microsoft while dealing with Senior technical and business leaders.

Microsoft 365 Copilot experience and Agentic mindset.

Great customer facing skills including the ability to rapidly establish and maintain personal and organizational credibility with Customers and Partners through deep delivery knowledge and effective communication.

Proven track record delivering on team revenue or usage targets.

Ability to collaborate effectively with field and product teams to ensure customer success.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field AND 6+ years experience in technical program/product management, coding, software development/delivery work

OR equivalent experience.

4+ years of customer-facing experience.

1+ year(s) people management experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

5+ years of customer-facing experience.

3+ years people management experience.

Customer Solutions Architecture M5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year.
