Job TitleOrder Management Specialist

Job Description

As an order management specialist, you will work closely with clients and vendors to manage information, handle pricing, and resolve inventory discrepancies efficiently.

Responsibilities

Handle accurate and timely inventory management.

Enter data in a timely and accurate manner.

Process billing or credits promptly after thorough research and obtaining management approval.

Proficiently operate various computer systems, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Gain a thorough understanding of company services and pricing structures.

Stay updated on new products and services as required by the company and vendors.

Utilize the Standard Reporting process to generate and provide reports.

Collaborate with internal and external vendors to address order-related questions or issues.

Assist with additional duties as needed.

Essential Skills

Experience handling inventory management.

Experience with pricing, billing, and credit.

Organizational, problem-solving, multitasking, and decision-making skills.

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Reliable and a team player.

Exceptional vendor/client focus and a sense of urgency.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Neenah, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
