Job Description

Performs the activities required to provide telephone, email and live chat support to the retail banking branches for operational issues. Analyzes, develops, advises, and communicates policies and procedures affecting the Retail Branches. Interfaces with other internal departments to ensure operational soundness and system compatibility are working properly. Provides problem resolution for technical, operational and system issues. Supports information by writing, maintaining, editing, and identifying errors or needed updates in articles and branch procedures. In absence of branch management, performs necessary approvals to service customer needs. Assists external customers with Safe Deposit Box and Branch Closure questions.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

Minimum one year of retail experience in a bank branch

Preferred Skills/Experience

Good knowledge of operational policies, procedures, products and services

Strong customer service listening, courtesy, empathy, and problem-solving skills

Effective analytical, organizational and time management skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $22.50 - $30.00
