About the Role:
Join CBRE's Global Digital Marketing team during an exciting period of transformation. We're driving a multi-year digital evolution to improve client engagement and fuel business growth worldwide. This role is pivotal in orchestrating digital marketing operations, managing cross-functional projects, and streamlining team communications. You'll be the central point of contact for incoming stakeholder requests, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and delivering operational excellence across digital channels
We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable team operations and project manager for the Global Digital Marketing team. This is a core role on the team and will act as the connective tissue leading day-to-day team operations, monthly & quarterly communications and owning the team's project management function.
What You'll Do:
Project Management
Own and optimize the centralized digital marketing intake process (Airtable)
Review and refine incoming project requests for clarity and completeness
Project Manage execution of digital results (e.g., webpage builds, content updates, dashboards)
Identify and implement process improvements to improve team efficiency
Strategic Planning & Reporting
Develop and maintain monthly and quarterly roadmaps aligned with strategic goals
Help leadership with long-range planning (3-year perspective)
Monitor and report progress on critical metrics and central initiatives
Team Communications & Enablement
Curate and distribute a monthly newsletter showcasing wins, launches, and resources
Lead planning and execution of Quarterly Business Reviews and All Hands meetings
Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions (e.g., "Student of Marketing" learning series)
Maintain internal documentation and resource hubs

Bachelor's degree preferred (Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field) Equivalent experience considered
5+ years experience in marketing, communications or digital experience
3+ years in project management, marketing operations, or digital production (agency or in-house)
Proven experience running digital marketing workflows (web, email, analytics, SEO, paid media)
Strategic problem solver with a preference for taking action and improving processes
Excellent communication and customer interaction skills
Highly organized, meticulous, and curious
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity
Strong command of Airtable or similar project management tools
Basic familiarity with marketing tech stack: CMS, CRM, analytics platforms, tag management, and ad platforms
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams)
Experience with global marketing teams or matrixed organizations
Familiarity with Agile or Lean methodologies

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Digital Marketing Operations & Project Manager position is $110,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Digital Marketing Operations & Project Manager position is $125,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
