The team is currently looking to fill two Operations and Finance Manager positions - one position will be located at Sacred Heart Medical Center in Spokane, WA and one will be located Kadlec Medical Center in Richland, WA. Both positions will be working day shift standard business hours.

Reporting to the Director of Operations and Finance, under the direction of the Executive Director Foundation/Ministry CPO, the Operations Manager is responsible for fund management, financial reporting, budget monitoring and compliance, and management of donor database integrity.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree - Prefer non-profit Business or Accounting/Finance degree.

3 years - Experience in fundraising, accounting/finance or project management.

1 year - Experience with CRM databases.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's Degree.

2 years - Health industry processes.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
