Position Description:
Performs support and coordinative work in direct support of an administrative team of a specific administrative office or department. Coordinates and assists with functions such as planning, researching, budgeting and program implementation and evaluation. Performs responsible and complex office support duties, thus relieving the administrator of these duties. Work is performed under administrative supervision.

Major/Essential Functions:
Customer Service
Makes coffee in the morning and prior to events or large meetings.
Welcomes guests and tenants by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or directing inquiries.
Receives mail and distribute to the tenant mailboxes or offices daily.
Receives package delivery and notify the tenants.
Daily walk-through of event space, conference rooms, and bathrooms to ensure that space is clean and stocked with supplies.
Provide great customer service with tenants by acknowledging birthdays and providing a special treat on holidays.
Provides tours and presentations of Innovation space to new inquires and large groups for the purpose of introducing them to the Innovation Hub.
Event Support
Conducts tours for walk-in guests with inquiries about event space.
Manages external/ event operations, including but not limited to, managing venue calendar, event booking, AV Support, parking requests, customer relations, room set-up/ breakdown. Serve as main contact for event coordination for external events.
Coordinate payment and building for all external events with Assistant Director of Business & Tenant Operations.
Responsible for programming logistics and communications inclusive of signage, room reservations, presentation development, directions/parking, A/V and furniture setup and facility requirements, and catering orders for external & internal programs and events.
Support all Hub programs as needed. Occasional nights and weekends.
Administration
Check the Innovation Hub email account and responds to correspondence within a 24 hour period.
Maintains office equipment and schedules maintenance as needed.
Track metrics for tours, walk-ins, and internal & external events for Conversion Report. Submit Conversion Report to Program Director each month.
Manages the Research Park Calendar to include all external events & conference room rentals weekly.
Serves as the IT specialist for all Hub team members.

Schedule Details:
Monday - Friday 8AM-5PM. There may be some days that will require you to arrive early or stay late. Also an occasional weekend day when events are booked.
