Description We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Providence, Rhode Island. The ideal candidate will provide crucial support by managing daily administrative tasks, maintaining organizational systems, and ensuring smooth operations. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and multitasking are highly valued.

Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of administrative tasks based on daily and weekly priorities.

Utilize organizational systems, such as Allvue, to pull reports and manage data effectively.

Ensure accurate and timely data entry to support overall business operations.

Communicate professionally via email, coordinating with team members and external stakeholders.

Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high levels of accuracy and dependability.

Assist in maintaining and updating CRM systems to ensure data integrity.

Organize and prioritize workloads to meet deadlines and business needs.

Provide dependable support to enhance team efficiency and workflow. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative assistance or office management.

Proficiency in data entry and organizational systems, such as CRM platforms.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively.

Exceptional dependability and reliability in handling responsibilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in email correspondence.

Familiarity with tools like Allvue or similar systems is a plus.
