What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergencies as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including both the business interior and perimeter areas.
Monitor for suspicious activity or unauthorized persons to help to deter potential issues within the location.
Communicate and collaborate with Allied Universal team members and client representatives to relay important information or incidents.
Complete detailed and accurate reports regarding patrols, observations, and any security-related incidents encountered during the shift.
Assist in controlling access to restricted areas and help to deter unauthorized entry as needed.
Remain alert to potential hazards or unusual conditions within the environment and report these promptly according to site protocols.

Availability across various days and shifts
Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
