Job Title: CNC Machinist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist with over four years of experience to join our team. The position involves operating, setting up, programming, and editing CNC machines in a job shop environment, primarily working with milling machines. The role is based in Louisville, OH, and operates during the first shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with opportunities for overtime.

Responsibilities

Operate CNC machines, set up, program, and edit tasks using milling machines.

Utilize Fanuc and MasterCam software to complete machining jobs.

Apply G&M Code for machine operations.

Read blueprints and use calipers and micrometers for precise tolerancing.

Perform machining tasks on materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, carbon, and zinc, with a focus on very thin tubing materials.

Essential Skills

High school diploma or GED.

At least four years of experience in machining, specifically with mills and manual machines.

Proficiency in machine setups and understanding the complete machining process.

Basic machine program editing skills.

Knowledge of G&M Code and experience with Fanuc or similar controls.

Machinists will work on a variety of engineered tubes for multiple industries, including industrial vacuum, agriculture, construction, and more. The shop uses advanced technologies and practices a collaborative approach to creating high-quality products.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.75/hr.
