ExcellenceJob Description What does the job involve? The Maintenance
P.M. Technician is responsible for supporting all production and
facilities requests. What will my responsibilities include? Performing
scheduled preventive maintenance on production equipment. Follow
detailed task instructions and record in detail all deficiencies found
during the preventive maintenance task. Make recommendations to help
improve or preventive/predictive maintenance program. Diagnose and
repair/replace worn parts in machine tools and other equipment. What key
skills and experience do I need? Cleaning out chips, grease, coolant and
other by-products from the production process. Changing out oils and
lubricants. Cleaning heat exchangers, fans and other cooling system
components. Ability to lift 50 lbs.+ Ability to communicate effectively
with co-workers and supervisors. Strong knowledge of preventive and
predictive maintenance programs. Basic computer skills and general
knowledge of CMMS. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with
minimal supervision. Hand tools and toolbox required. Flexible work
