What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel and resort property, including interior and exterior areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Monitor access points and observe activity in public and restricted areas to help to deter trespassing and/or other prohibited behaviors.
Document and report any unusual occurrences, maintenance needs, or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
Work collaboratively with hotel staff and guests to address questions, provide directions, and assist with security-related matters as needed.

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years of age.
A Guard Card or license is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
