What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter potential issues and monitor for any unusual activity.
Observe and report any suspicious behavior or security-related concerns within the retail environment.
Assist with controlling access points and monitoring entrances and exits as required by site-specific policies.
Support store management and staff with security-related matters, including loss prevention and/or customer disputes.
Complete required reports and documentation of incidents, observations, and/or activities during assigned shifts.
Remain alert and attentive to surroundings while interacting professionally with the public and store personnel.

Availability across various days and shifts
Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
Loss prevention experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
