As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment within a dynamic retail location. This position requires you to drive as part of your patrol duties, so a valid driver's license is essential. What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order within the location.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail environment and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
Observe and report any security-related concerns or unusual activity encountered during patrols.
Work closely with store staff and the public to support a secure and welcoming environment.
Follow post orders and instructions provided by Allied Universal and site management.
Complete required reports and documentation related to security-related activities and incidents.

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required for positions that involve driving in accordance with Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
