What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Monitor and control access to the manufacturing and industrial location, verifying credentials of individuals entering and exiting the premises.
Provide customer service by assisting employees, visitors, and contractors with access-related inquiries and security-related procedures.
Carry out site-specific security-related procedures and follow all established policies.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
Document and report any irregularities, security-related incidents, or unusual occurrences as required by site procedures.
Assist with emergency response activities, including coordinating with local authorities and Allied Universal management as appropriate.
Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential security-related risks at the manufacturing and industrial location.
What We're Looking For:
Availability across various days and shifts
Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
