[]{ogsc="red"}[Communicate with guests and resort staff to resolve maintenance issues]{ogsc="red"}

[]{ogsc="red"}[Anticipate guests\' service needs, including asking questions of guests to better understand their needs and watching/listening to guest preferences and acting on them whenever possible]{ogsc="red"}

[\ Requirements:]{ogsc="red"}

[]{ogsc="red"}[Prior experience as a Maintenance Worker in hotel, hospital, or apartment environment a plus]{ogsc="red"}

[]{ogsc="red"}[HVAC, plumbing, boiler operations, and general maintenance skills helpful]{ogsc="red"}

[]{ogsc="red"}[Ability to bend, squat and lift up to 75 pounds regularly]{ogsc="red"}

[]{ogsc="red"}[Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for an extended period]{ogsc="red"}

[]{ogsc="red"}[Manual dexterity skills to use and operate all necessary equipment]{ogsc="red"}

[]{ogsc="red"}[Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment]{ogsc="red"}

[]{ogsc="red"}[Self-motivated]{ogsc="red"}

[]{ogsc="red"}[A can-do attitude and a hands-on approach]{ogsc="red"}
