Job Description
As a Principal TPM, you will lead end-to-end programs, drive cross-functional alignment, deliver key outcomes, and influence stakeholders at all levels. This role will be executive facing, strong communication skills with senior leadership team are expected.
The candidate will have
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.
8+ years' experience in a technical project or program management role
Understanding of SDLC and modern application development with web services
A proven ability to think broadly and strategically
Superior written communication skills
Judgement, maturity, negotiation/influence skills, analytical skills and leadership skills
Must be comfortable working with data analysis and data presentation
Experience handling software and/or hardware development
Experience leading cloud development projects
Responsibilities
Serve as the end-to-end leader for programs, shaping strategic approaches and ensuring successful delivery.
Lead and coordinate across cross-functional teams to align objectives and drive results.
Manage multiple workstreams/programs with detailed strategies for communication, reporting, and delivery.
Influence the roadmap and priorities of key stakeholders to deliver complex programs with competing priorities.
Prepare executive documents, data-driven reports, and provide clear written and verbal updates to senior leadership.
Recommend process improvements and serve as escalation point for project issues and questions.
Ensure all project resource requirements are in place and managed effectively.
Demonstrate resilience and adaptability, providing guidance through changing or ambiguous situations via proper review/approval mechanisms.
Deliver program and project management expertise for global business initiatives involving complex interdependencies.
Identify, manage, and track project deliverables, milestones, and goals in alignment with business and customer objectives.
Build collaborative relationships with global stakeholders and partners, ensuring transparency and shared understanding of project progress.
Occasional travel may be required.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
