Position Summary:

The Senior Financial Analyst - Planning & Reporting plays a critical role in driving financial performance for Nestlé Health Science US entities by preparing, analyzing, and reporting month-end and quarter-end financial data. This position ensures compliance with Nestlé's reporting policies and systems while providing essential support to internal stakeholders. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, the analyst guarantees the accurate and timely delivery of financial reports, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning across the organization.

This position will be either a remote or hybrid role based on the selected candidate's geographical location. Preference will be given to applicants who live within a commutable distance of Bridgewater, NJ, Chicago, IL, Palm Beach Gardens, FL or Long Island, NY.

Responsibilities:

Prepare, Analyze and Reports financial results (monthly, quarterly, and annual) while working closely with the operating divisions , corporate functional groups, and other shared services

Conducts Balance Sheet reviews including analytical review and enquiries within the organization to ensure completeness, accuracy and compliance with Nestle Accounting Standards i.e. ensuring Balance Sheet Integrity

Assists with projects relating to financial reporting/accounting operations initiatives, as assigned, such as working capital analysis, balance sheet clean up, etc.

Gathers and interprets financial information effectively and forms data into meaningful and concise analyses for decision making and corrective actions

Responds to inquiries from various functional areas as needed and prepares and assists in the preparation of required reports for management

Supports external audits and internal audits by providing requisite details for successful completion of audit

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required, with major in Accounting strongly preferred

3+ years' experience in Accounting/finance functions

Experience with Oracle, SAP, or similar strongly preferred

MS Office Suite proficient

CPA or equivalent is a plus!

External/Internal Audit and Internal Controls experience preferred

Skills:

Excellent communication abilities across all levels

Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data

Ability to work efficiently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

The approximate pay range for this position is $84,000- $102,000 base. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
