As a Front Desk Security Officer at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and contractors. What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist employees, visitors, and/or contractors at the front desk, providing excellent customer service while following site-specific security-related procedures.
Monitor access to the location, verifying credentials and maintaining visitor logs as required by client policies.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as appropriate to Allied Universal management and/or client contacts.
Conduct security-related checks of packages and deliveries brought into the location when required by site protocols.
Communicate important information regarding incidents, emergencies, or unusual activities to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
Support emergency response activities at the front desk by following established protocols and assisting with communication and coordination efforts.
Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance while representing Allied Universal at the client location.

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
