Join a fast-paced, collaborative team where your attention to detail and billing expertise will make a real impact. We're looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist with construction industry experience to manage invoicing, payments, and reporting-all from our Miami office.

What You'll Do

Create and manage accurate customer invoices

Process payments and prepare bank deposits

Track aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts

Resolve customer billing inquiries

Reconcile accounts monthly and support revenue reporting

What You'll Bring

Associate degree in Accounting or related field

AIA billing experience in the construction industry (required)

Strong Excel and analytical skills

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
