Job Title: Warehouse Associate

$20/hr 1st Shift

Job Description

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving inbound freight, processing and shipping outbound orders, and light assembly. The role requires maintaining an accurate inventory and a clean, organized warehouse. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Perform day-to-day operational warehouse tasks such as loading and unloading materials, picking, packing, and shipping orders, and utilizing handheld tools.

Complete accurate data entry by using multiple computer systems and programs.

Operate material handling machinery including pallet jacks, pallet wrappers, scales, and forklifts. Training will be provided for operating these machines.

Stock and move material correctly throughout the warehouse.

Maintain accurate inventory data by assisting with cycle counts and physical inventory.

Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures.

Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures and rules.

Essential Skills

6+ months of warehouse experience.

Forklift operation.

Inventory management.

Picking and packing skills.

Use of RF scanners.

Material handling experience.

Pallet jack operation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.

Ability to use basic hand tools.

Energetic and engaging personality.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chanhassen, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
