Description We are looking for a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Edison, New Jersey. This is a long-term contract position, requiring 100% onsite presence and offering a dynamic work environment. The role involves managing logistics operations, ensuring smooth shipping processes, and maintaining compliance with customs regulations.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate daily logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.

Manage shipping functions, including scheduling, tracking, and documentation.

Maintain compliance with customs regulations to facilitate smooth international shipments.

Collaborate with distribution teams to optimize supply chain efficiency.

Address and resolve shipping issues, delays, or discrepancies promptly.

Provide support for inventory management and stock movement.

Communicate effectively with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to streamline operations.

Monitor and report on logistics performance and suggest improvements.

Ensure adherence to business casual dress code and maintain professionalism in all interactions.

Participate in overtime shifts when necessary to meet operational demands. Requirements - Proven experience in logistics coordination, shipping, and distribution.

Familiarity with customs regulations and international shipping processes.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday with flexibility for overtime.

Effective communication skills to interact with vendors and internal teams.

Proficiency in logistics software and tools.

Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in documentation and reporting.
