We are looking for a detail-oriented part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team in Hickory, North Carolina. This long-term contract position is an excellent opportunity for someone skilled in administrative support and familiar with legal processes. The ideal candidate will excel in managing confidential information, maintaining organization, and ensuring smooth office operations. This role will be part-time, and is needing someone to be very flexible.

Responsibilities:

Organize and maintain legal files, ensuring all documentation is accurately filed and accessible.

Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and correspondence in compliance with organizational standards.

Assist with data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.

Coordinate and manage email communications, responding promptly and professionally.

Utilize Microsoft Office Suite tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, to support administrative tasks.

Handle travel expense reporting and related administrative functions.

Provide support for contract administration, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.

Maintain confidentiality while working with sensitive legal information.

Collaborate with team members to streamline office procedures and improve efficiency.

Support policy administration and ensure adherence to established guidelines.

Requirements - Proven experience in administrative assistance or legal support roles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Familiarity with drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and forms.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Knowledge of legal processes and terminology is highly desirable.
