Executive Administrative Assistant

Description

Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.

Manage executive's calendars and set up meetings.

Rack daily expenses and prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.

Oversee the performance of other clerical staff.

Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory.

Format information for internal and external communication - memos, emails presentations, reports.

Take minutes during meetings.

Screen and direct phone calls and distributes correspondence.

Organize and maintain the office filing system.

Audit the Internal process.

Market Maker all RFQ's.

Manage the Escrow.

Maintain a clean and safe work area. .

Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

Data Exchange reserves the right to change or revise job duties as the need arises.

Will adhere to DEX's quality system policies, applicable standards, and quality manual as dictated.

Qualifications

Bachelor's and MBA required.

3-5 years previous experience as an executive assistant reporting to S enior Executive Management. Successful track record in above areas as described.

Excellent Excel (including advanced experience with graphs, charts and presentations), Word, and PowerPoint skills.

Must be detail oriented and have great organizational, computer and communication skills (written and verbal).

Outstanding work ethic with highest degree of integrity.

High energy , focused, self starter who can take the initiative and follow up, even when not asked.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to present views and ideas in a convincing and clear manner, and a high degree of integrity and maturity.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following:
