We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Senior Administrative Assistant to join our team in Honolulu, Hawaii. This is an onsite position that requires a candidate with excellent multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset. Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative assistance to senior executives, including managing schedules, travel arrangements, and correspondence.

Office Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization across the company.

Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and manage reports, presentations, and corporate documentation with a strong focus on detail and accuracy.

Meeting Coordination: Schedule, organize, and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas and recording minutes.

Project Assistance: Support special projects by coordinating workflows, tracking deadlines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Vendor and Client Relations: Serve as a point of contact for vendors, clients, and team members, handling communications with professionalism.

Data Management: Manage databases, CRM systems, and electronic files, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.

Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office technology.

Familiarity with CRM platforms and project management tools is a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and prioritize a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

5+ years of experience in an administrative or office management role, with at least 2 years at the senior or executive level.

High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.

High attention to detail and professionalism, especially when working with confidential or sensitive information.

Must reside in Hawaii or be willing to relocate prior to the start date due to the onsite work requirement.
