Laryngologist

Position Highlights

Clinical Excellence : Provide specialized care in Laryngology at our Voice Center and Strong Memorial Hospital supported by a collaborative team of specialists and a robust referral network across the greater Rochester region.

Academic Opportunities : Engage in teaching, research, and quality improvement initiatives within an academic environment that values innovation and collaboration. Flexible Practice Design : The practice provides opportunity for subspecialty focus areas such as laryngeal cancers, dysphagia, neurologic disorders of the larynx, and pediatric voice therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

URMC offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including:

Expected salary range: 300k - 500k

Individual salaries will be determined within the job's salary range and established based on (but not limited to) market data, experience and expertise of the individual, and with consideration to related position salaries

Qualifications

MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery.

Fellowship trained Laryngologist.

Commitment to clinical excellence, teaching, and scholarly activity.

Interest in the treatment of voice disorders and upper airway issues is desired

The referenced pay range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the base range of compensation for this faculty position. Individual salaries will be determined within the job's salary range and established based on (but not limited to) market data, experience and expertise of the individual, and with consideration to related position salaries. Alignment of clinical incentive-based compensation may also be applicable and will be discussed during the hiring process.
