Job Title: Warehouse Associate (Manufacturing)

Location: Farmington

Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of hands-on warehouse experience in a manufacturing setting. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient operations while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming materials and products.

Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to production schedules.

Maintain organized inventory and conduct regular cycle counts.

Handle raw materials and finished goods with attention to quality and safety.

Assist in loading/unloading trucks and verifying shipment contents.

Adhere to all safety and OSHA guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Collaborate with production staff to ensure timely material availability.

Perform routine maintenance and inspections on warehouse equipment.

Complete documentation and logs for inventory control and order processing.

Qualifications

3-5 years of warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment (required).

Proficient with warehouse equipment (forklift certification preferred).

Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Basic computer and inventory management skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

High school diploma or equivalent required.
