Position Summary:
The Analyst, Financial Wellbeing and Retirement is responsible for supporting the strategic design, administration, and analysis of the company's retirement and financial wellbeing programs. This role ensures plan compliance, drives employee engagement, and delivers insights that enhance the financial health of the workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Retirement Plan Administration
Support the administration of defined contribution (401(k) including plan design, compliance, and vendor management.
Assist with annual audits, nondiscrimination testing, and government filings (e.g., Form 5500).
Monitor plan performance and recommend improvements to enhance participant outcomes.
Financial Wellbeing Programs
Contribute to the development and execution of financial wellbeing initiatives, including education campaigns, digital tools, and vendor partnerships.
Analyze employee engagement and utilization data to assess program effectiveness.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align financial wellbeing strategies with broader HR and business goals.
Compliance & Governance
Ensure adherence to ERISA, IRS, DOL, and SEC regulations.
Maintain plan documentation and support fiduciary oversight processes.
Stay current on legislative and regulatory changes impacting retirement and financial wellbeing programs.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Prepare reports and dashboards on plan metrics, employee participation, and financial wellness KPIs.
Provide insights to leadership to inform strategic decisions and improve employee outcomes.
Support budgeting and forecasting for retirement and financial wellbeing programs.
Employee Support & Communication
Assist in developing and delivering employee communications, including retirement education, webinars, and financial literacy resources.
Respond to complex employee inquiries and provide guidance on retirement and financial wellbeing topics.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business, or related field.
4+ years of experience in retirement plan administration and/or financial wellbeing programs.
Strong understanding of retirement plan regulations and financial wellness trends.
Proficiency in Excel, data analysis tools, and HRIS systems (e.g., SAP).
Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
ASPPA, CEBS, CRPS, or other relevant certification.
Experience with financial wellness platforms and retirement plan recordkeeping systems.
Familiarity with behavioral finance and employee engagement strategies.

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. Subject to change based on Manager discussion or business need.
