Job Summary and Qualifications

The MHA/MBA Administrative Intern may participate in division, hospital and service lines operations to facilitate a holistic and broad view across the enterprise through job rotation, didactic, and experimental learnings. Over the course of the Administrative Internship, the Administrative Intern will become knowledgeable regarding the internal and external forces that shapes hospitals future, internal operations, and its relationship with key stakeholders: patients, employees, providers, payers, and the community.

The Administrative Intern will support the Strategy & Business Development team at the Division through opportunity analysis, project assessment and presentation development. During the course of their internship, they will have the opportunity to gain insights into our physician services, urgent care and hospital operations via rotations from the Division office to specific points of care.

What qualifications you will need:

Education/Experience: Enrolled in or completed accredited Master's Program in business or a health related field required
