What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the hotel, resort, and casino location.
Monitor and control access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious activity within the premises.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and perimeter to help to deter potential issues and maintain a visible presence.
Assist with emergency response activities as needed, including guiding guests and staff during incidents.
Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and/or concerns according to site procedures.
Collaborate with hotel, resort, and casino staff to address security-related matters and provide support as required.
What We're Looking For:
Availability across various days and shifts
Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
