We are looking for an experienced SEC Reporting Manager to join our team in Stamford, Connecticut. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and growing organization, with significant potential for growth and equity rewards. As part of the leadership team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with SEC regulations while driving impactful financial reporting processes. Responsibilities:

Prepare and review SEC filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data for reporting purposes.

Oversee the implementation and maintenance of software for streamlined reporting processes.

Ensure timely submission of all required filings while maintaining high-quality standards.

Monitor changes in SEC regulations and accounting standards to ensure compliance.

Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial reporting and compliance.

Assist with special projects related to financial reporting and corporate governance.

Requirements:

Must have 7+ years of experience preparing and filing forms related to publicly traded firms (ie 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K)

Must have Bachelor's Degree

CPA designation is required.
