Job Description Summary
As a member of Transamerica Protection Solutions, the DSM - Strable Value is responsible for the sale of qualified stable value solutions through all channels of financial intermediaries including business-to-business, banks, wire houses, regional broker dealers, employee benefit firms, etc. Works within an assigned territory to meet company objectives as a market leader.

Responsibilities
Prospect for new clients within an assigned territory to achieve sales goals.
Develop a network of advisors, consultants, and other third-party intermediaries focused on the stable value industry.
Develop plan sponsor relationships through direct meetings with key contacts.
Participate in proactive marketing campaigns.
Manage a territory of target prospects.
Manage team of internal consultants that drive stable value growth through account management.
Manage and grow existing relationships relative to rate changes, growth, and expansion.
Qualifications
Five years of sales experience in the stable value industry
Demonstrate existing broker relationships within the assigned territory.
FINRA Series 6 or 7, and & 63 licenses
Life Insurance License
10+ Years experience selling stable value products
Self-motivated with an instinctive sales acumen to organize thoughts and actions to meet sales goals
Preferred Qualifications
15+ Years Stable Value market experience
Working Conditions
Office environment or remote from home
Extensive travel to meet with prospects, advisors, and key intermediaries in the territory
The Salary for this position generally ranges between $175,000-$200,000 annually .
Please note that the salary range is a good faith estimate for this position and actual starting pay is determined by several factors including qualifications, experience, geography, work location designation (in-office, hybrid, remote) and operational needs.
Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
This position is also currently eligible for sales and/or performance incentives. Specifics will be reflected in individual incentive plan documents.
