Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires a blend of strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The Front Desk Agent will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for clients and visitors.

Responsibilities

Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing them with necessary information and assistance.

Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.

Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar for attorneys and staff.

Assist with document management, including filing, data entry, and document review.

Support legal staff with administrative tasks

Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and accessible. Ensure the office areas remain tidy.

Handle client correspondence efficiently while adhering to confidentiality protocols.

Collaborate with team members on various projects to enhance office operations.

Skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.

Proficiency in document management systems.

Proven clerical experience including data entry, transcription, filing, and administrative support within a law office setting.
