Job Title: Project Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to support our Project Managers in ensuring that construction projects are executed efficiently and on schedule. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about contributing to successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Construction Managers to monitor project progress.

Maintain accurate project timelines and documentation.

Serve as a liaison between internal teams, vendors, and clients.

Assist in managing communication chains and occasionally lead meetings in the absence of the PM or Construction Manager.

Ensure projects align with scope, budget, and deadlines.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field OR Associate's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.

Strong understanding of construction project workflows and scope of work.

Skills & Attributes:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $38.46/hr.
