Ideal candidates will have a strong record of contributions to development, application, and critical assessment of machine learning or artificial intelligence tools to support measurement in educational @contexts, as well as a commitment to teaching and mentoring students from our department. Areas of specific interest include integration of machine learning methods with measurement models, computational psychometrics, natural language processing, and innovative approaches to assessment design, delivery, and scoring. We seek a candidate whose work not only advances theoretical knowledge but also has practical implications for improving educational practices and outcomes.
