The Louisiana Office of Juvenile Justice (OJJ) is committed to protecting the public by providing safe and effective individualized services to youth who will become productive, law-abiding citizens. We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Administrative Coordinator 4 to support business operations with a focus on property control and asset management. This position plays a critical role in maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating procurement and transfers, and ensuring compliance with state property regulations. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, a working knowledge of state systems, and a commitment to operational excellence in a mission-driven environment.

Minimum Qualifications
Three years of experience or training in clerical work.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience.

Job Duties and Other Information
Job Duties:
Oversee property control functions, including tagging, tracking, and reconciling agency assets
Maintain inventory records in accordance with the Louisiana Property Assistance Agency (LPAA) guidelines
Coordinate equipment transfers, disposals, and surplus documentation
Assist with purchasing, receiving, and invoice processing for facility operations
Prepare reports and audits related to property and asset management
Collaborate with facility staff, regional business offices, and central administration to ensure compliance
Support general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence
Serve as a liaison for property-related inquiries and audits
