Description

Administrative Coordinator - Cardiac Rehab at Providence Mission Hospital in Mission Viejo, CA. This position is Part-Time and will work 8-hour Day shifts.

Provides comprehensive secretarial and clerical services to ensure the smooth operation of the department. Oversees the admitting clerk activities in the unit.

Required Qualifications:

3 years secretarial experience.

1 year medical insurance experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Coursework/Training: College/vocational education.

Coursework/Training: Medical Terminology training.

Hospital/doctor office experience.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
