Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dacono, Colorado. This contract position offers an opportunity to engage directly with customers, ensuring their needs are met while delivering high-quality service. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels with professionalism and accuracy.

Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring all details are entered correctly into the system.

Address and resolve customer concerns promptly, providing solutions that enhance satisfaction.

Maintain thorough knowledge of company products and services to offer accurate information to customers.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless handling of customer requests and issues.

Participate in community events and initiatives to foster positive relationships with customers.

Track and document customer interactions in the system for reference and quality assurance.

Uphold company standards for customer service excellence at all times.

Assist with special projects or tasks related to customer service as assigned. Requirements - Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.

Proficiency in order entry systems and handling customer transactions.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic setting.

Familiarity with community engagement or event participation is a plus.

Attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate results.

Comfortable working in a contract position.
