Our Customer Service Rrepresentative acts as a liaison between our customers and work crews. You will coordinate project scheduling and notifies customers in advance and provides updates as needed or requested.
What You'll Do
Receive and manage customer phone calls regarding comments/issues/complaints
Coordinate activities to resolve customer complaints and issues
Prepare job jackets for Foreman; printing all required documents (WRs, permits, service record cards, Miss Utility tickets, etc.)
Use Telogis and driver report to track assets and driver performance
Prepare project materials and collateral as necessary
Liaison between NPL, subcontractors and the Utility Company
Communicate with the Customer on work request
On-Site inspection of property of desired gas installation/replacement
Maintain well-organized filing and tracking systems
Retrieval of documents or information, as required
Other duties as requested by leadership
What You'll Have
High School diploma or equivalent
2+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Ability to complete assignments while working under tight deadlines and with minimal or no supervision
Ability to support other employees by being directly responsible for improving information, services, or support other employees need to do their jobs
Ability to manage difficult customers on the phone and in person
Ability to stay focused and manage multiple projects simultaneously despite fast-changing conditions

Work Environment
Work is performed in a typical indoor office environment
Flexibility to work various schedules and stay late when necessary with little or no notice
Must be able to read documents, use a computer, communicate verbally and in writing
Mobility required within an office, warehouse and construction site environments
Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
Legal Stuff
