Job Title: Cook
Job Overview:
A cook must be able to follow instructions in cooking and delivering well-prepared meals. Must be deft in moving around the kitchen and apt in multi-tasking. Experience in using various ingredients and cooking techniques is also important.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment.
Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.)
Cook food in various utensils or grillers.
Check food while cooking to stir or turn.
Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen.
Ensure all food and other items are stored properly.
Check quality of all ingredients
Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages.
Properly learn and execute all our recipe procedures.
Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
Keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen.
Education and Minimum Requirements:

No Education Requirements
Must be Bilingual
Must be available to work weekends
Experience in fast paced restaurant of environment preferred
Must have excellent customer service skills
Schedule: Monday - Sunday 10:00 am-4:00 pm and 4:00 pm - 10:00 pm
