Medical Receptionist

Location: Clinton Township, MI (Off Hall Road near Partridge Creek Mall)

Shift: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Monday through Friday (No Weekends)

Pay: Comptetitive & Negotiable based on experience

Start Date: In 2 weeks

About the Role:

We're seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative with a background in medical or insurance customer service to join our growing team in Clinton Township. This is a long-term opportunity with room to grow and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients.

What You'll Do:

Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally

Assist customers with insurance-related questions, eligibility, and cost estimates

Coordinate schedules for clinical staff

Verify insurance and obtain authorizations/referrals

Process and track orders in our computer system

File customer orders and discharge patients courteously

Prepare documents for imaging and scan IDs

Maintain accurate and organized medical records

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in medical or insurance customer service is highly preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

A team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
