Position Overview:

As part of the talented General Assembly team, you will help work in our Pedestals, Assembly, and Bench departments through operating machinery with safety and quality. ? ?

Essential Functions:?

Follow written and verbal instructions

Ability to rotate through a wide variety of cells and demonstrate proficiency

Use a variety of hand tools, fixtures and test equipment

Visually inspect production run and document results.

Determine and report malfunctions to appropriate parties.

Maintain cleanliness of equipment and assigned area.

Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.

Participation in departmental improvement projects

Other duties as assigned

Diversity of thought and experience sis fundamental when imagin ing the unimaginable .Certain skillsets/experiences are necessary; however, others can be developed along the way .

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required

1+ year of general work experience

Prior production/manufacturing machine operation experience preferred

Ability to operate manufacturing equipment

Working Conditions:

Standing up to 8 hours per day?

Occasionally lifting not up to 50 lbs?

The anticipated pay range for this position is $19.83, hourly. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location.

At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate's qualifications and the business @context.
