The following position is to join our RTX Corporate, Enterprise Services, Research Center or BBN team.

What You Will Do

Program control financial support including monthly variance analysis, program metrics, program reviews

Preparation/Presentation of EACs (Estimate at Complete)

Interaction with program team, project leads, billing and functions throughout LADS

Creation of financial deliverables including LREs (Latest Revised Estimate), BCRs (Baseline Change Request)

Maintenance of IOTs (Inter-Organizational Transfers)

Ad hoc investigation, analysis and reporting

Qualifications You Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. This position requires 12 months or less of relevant professional work experience (excluding internships).

U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.

Qualifications We Prefer

Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

Experience with MS office (Excel and/or PowerPoint)

Ability to work well in a team environment and independently

Ability to clearly present and articulate program financial information to leadership

Experience with government contracts/Earned Value

This is an onsite position located in Andover/Tewksbury, MA

Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

Relocation is not provided

The salary range for this role is 55,000 USD - 107,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
